Nearly a full moon

Or it is already. I'm never too sure. I always forget to check the next day whether it looks fuller or not. The moon has always fascinated me. It does strahge things to people, that's for sure. I always thought that was a silly superstition. But, according to my aunt (as we were talking about it earlier) the patients where my uncle works (her brother) go "off their heads". My uncle works in a psych ward. People drive more dangerous, too. Funny how the moon affects our moods. I'm not even going to try and figure out why. I just find it rather interesting.

Saw dad in hospital today. He had an operation on his bowels yesterday. He didn't look too good, but at least the op is over with. The anesthetic does knock you around a bit anyway. And I felt really sick the day after I had my knee operated on. Sore throat and I felt like I was gonna throw up. Seeing as my father isn't the most stable person in the world, it affects him a bit more and differently than the rest of us. Hope he's better soon. If only to stop him whining. Now, I love the man and I'm worried about him but God! Enough already! He did whine a far bit when Mum and I went to see him. Ah well, hopefully he'll be better very soon.

I had a nice day with mum. My bro went out with my aunt, uncle and Nan. And for those Rocky casters, I'm talking about Jay. So basically spent the entire day, just mum and I. I like talking to mum. She's pretty cool. I know I got lucky with my parents. They could be a lot worse.

Yay for Rocky tomorrow! cat_guts is playing Riff this week, so that's gonna be fun! Hehehehehe, can't wait. :P Am looking forward to it, defintely. Just get my lift organised properly and all will be good!

I am no longer getting involved in other peoples problems. They can sort it out themselves. I'm not fixing their mistakes and stuff anymore! Unless it's very important or life-threatening. Yes. Am much happier now already! :)
