Heh, two knee surgeries helped! But yeah, I'm just super careful about what I do and I'm trying to strengthen the muscles I need to stop it happening. I'd love if I just grew out of it, but I have to watch them constantly. My knee specialist said just walking is hard on my knees, so I figured, what the hell? Though, it actually did help the muscles so, yay! I'm thinking about starting dancing too. Hopefully, because we did something about it early, it'll pay off later. *hugs back*
